1.0 PURPOSE OF THE REPORT
1.1 To provide Council with details of reports received and decisions made by the Executive and any subsequent recommendations to Council since the last meeting of Council on 12 November 2025.

2.0 DETAILS OF THE MEETINGS
2.1 The following sections provide details of decisions made by the Executive and recommendations to Council since its last meeting on 12 November 2025. The meetings were held on the following dates: 18 November 2025 (Performance Monitoring); 16 December 2025; 6 January 2026; 20 January 2026; 3 February 2026 and 17 February 2026 (Performance Monitoring).
2.2 18 November 2025 Executive (Performance Monitoring) Meeting
The Executive Members met on Tuesday 18 November 2025. Attending the meeting were: Councillor Carl Les OBE in the Chair. Councillors Gareth Dadd, Richard Foster, Michael Harrison, Simon Myers, Heather Phillips, Janet Sanderson, Malcolm Taylor and Annabel Wilkinson.
In attendance: Councillors Alyson Baker, Caroline Dickinson, Andrew Lee, Karin Sedgwick and Andrew Williams.

2.3 16 December 2025 Executive Meeting
The Executive Members met on Tuesday 16 December 2025. Attending the meeting were: Councillor Carl Les OBE in the Chair. Councillors Mark Crane, Gareth Dadd, Michael Harrison, Simon Myers, Heather Phillips, Janet Sanderson, Malcolm Taylor and Annabel Wilkinson.

2.7 17 February 2026 Executive (Performance Monitoring) Meeting

3.0 MATTERS FOR APPROVAL/INFORMATION AT COUNCIL
3.1 The Executive considered the reports and resolved to recommend the following to the meeting of Full Council for consideration:
3.2 School Admission Arrangements for the School Year 2027/28
This item was considered at the meeting of the Executive held on 6 January 2026 and then at the Extraordinary meeting of Full Council on 13 February 2026.
3.3 Revenue Budget 2026/27 and Medium-Term Financial Strategy
This item was considered at the meeting of the Executive held on 20 January 2026 and then at the meeting of Full Council that was held on 13 February 2026.
3.4 NYC Pay Policy for Senior Managers
This item was considered at the meeting of the Executive held on 17 February 2026.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Council be asked to approve the North Yorkshire Council Pay Policy Statement on Pay Structure, Grading and Conditions for Senior Managers for the Period 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 for publication.
